3 If Champion Part Number 7-480 door is installed, remove two of AN 380-2-2 cotter pins and two of AN 393-3 flat head pins as necessarry to remove one door. If American Champion Part Number 7-1265 door is installed, remove quick release pins to remove one door. Weight change --10lb at +21.06 arm.

3. Install permanent placard in front of and in clear view of pilot with wording, "When door is removed: Maximum airspeed 100mph, intentional spins prohibited, fly only in precipitation-free air, no smoking, no loose objects in cabin."

4. Form FAA-337 required for first incorporation on an airplane. Subsequent reinstallations and removals of door on that airplane are preventative maintenance.
