Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Transequip, Inc. BMA Main Deck Baggage Container, P/N 302928 in accordance with FAA Approved Transequip Drawing List No. 303085, Issue I, or later FAA approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: The approval of this change in type design applies to the above aircraft models when equipped with a Main Deck Handling System as reflected in Master Change 40353 (series).
This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any other of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. This determination should include consideration of significant change in weight distribution such as an increase in the fixed disposable weight of the fuselage.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of permission.
