Description of Type Design Change: Modification of fuselage to install camera window, with the option to allow unpressurized operations when the optical glass is removed and camera door is open. Data required:
1) Volpar Drawing List 5300, Rev B, dated June 28, 1977, or AVCON Master Drawing List, Number 5300, Rev G, dated May 7, 2012, or later FAA approved revisions, and
2) Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Volpar Supplement No. 1, Rev A, dated July 14, 1977 or later FAA approved revisions.
1. The approval of this change in type design applies to the Cessna 421C aircraft only.
2. Compatibility of this design with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
