Installation of modified EDO 77-4050 amphibious floats in accordance with Jobmaster Company, Inc. Document No. J5200, Revision 4, dated February 9, 1984, or later FAA Approved Revisions.

Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation in DeHavilland DHC-2 Aircraft, Serial Number 522 only. A copy of this Certificate, Addendum No. SA3516NM, and FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated June 24, 1986, shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
