Description of Type Design Change: Installation of modified nose gear bushings in accordance with Lake Aero Styling and Repair Drawing List, Report No. 122A, Revision “NC”, dated September 19, 1986, or later FAA approved revisions.

Part 1 of Report 122A, addressing installation of nose gear truss oversized bushings, parts are manufactured in accordance with Lake Aero Styling and Repair drawings: L025-914007, Revision “NC”, dated June 4, 1986, and L025-REAM-628, Revision “A”, dated September 19, 1986;

Part 2 of Report 122A, addressing installation of oversize bushings for landing gear and retraction system, parts are manufactured in accordance with Lake Aero Styling and Repair drawings: L025 -SK, Revision “C”, dated October 15, 2011, L025-914007-013-005-AB, Revision “IR”, dated October 15, 2011, L025-914020-005-AB, Revision “IR”, dated October 10, 2011, and L025-914007-005-AB, Revision “IR”, dated October 10, 2011.

Limitations and Conditions: The installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. The approval of this modification applies to the above noted airplane model series only. A copy must be included in the permanent records of the modified aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permissi on.
