Description of Type Design Change: Installation of five tube Bendix EFS-10 Electronic Flight Instrument System (EFIS) in accordance with FAA sealed Western Commander, Inc. Top Drawing No. 02000046 revision N/C dated November 15, 1986, or later FAA sealed revision.
Western Commander, Inc. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Document No. 02015024, FAA approved on March 25, 1987, or later FAA approved revision is required as part of this modification.
Limitations and Conditions: The approval of change in type design applies to the above listed model airplanes only. This should not be extended to other aircraft of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
