A20WE Boeing B747-100, -200B, -200C and -200F Series* Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Transequip, Inc. Auto Transporter Assembly, P/N 303500, in accordance with Transequip Controlled Drawing List, Report No. 303770, Revision III, dated February 28, 1978, or later FAA approved revision.
*This auto transporter system is compatible only with 747 side door freighters with the Boeing side guide and center guide restraint system arranged for 96X125 inch pallets.
Limitations and Conditions: The approval of this change in type design applies basically to the aforementioned models only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. This determination should include consideration of significant changes in weight distribution such as an increase in the fixed disposable weight in the fuselage. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
