Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Landing Gear Fueling Step in accordance with F. Atlee Dodge Installation Instructions Drawing No. 3190 Sheet 2 of 2, dated March 1, 1986; Installation Instructions (II) Document No. II-3190, dated December 5, 2016; or later FAA approved revision Limitations and Conditions:
1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this Certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
3) Existing Instructions for Continued Airworthiness are considered adequate for this modification.
