FAA Approved installation of Brittain Autopilot per STC SA4-572, Mitchell Autopilot Model AK065/AK065R per TC SA2-402 (Brittain Installation Manual 11928-3M required) or Piper Autocontrol Model AK066 per 1A15 or STC SA2-409 (Brittain Installation Manual 11928-3-A required) is required with this installation. Brittain Industries, Inc. FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement listed on sealed Master Drawing List #DP-28 or later FAA approved revision is required with this installation.

Applicable eligible aircraft models and FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement listed on sealed Master Drawing List #DP-28 or later FAA approved revision. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
