Installation of Brownline Cargo Restraint System P/N 46170, Configuration -301, per FAA sealed Brownline Drawing List DL-46170-301, Rev. “B,” or later sealed revision. Cargo to be loaded in accordance with FAA sealed Brownline Loading Instructions Drawing 46550, Rev. “B,” or later sealed revision.
1) The approval of this change in type design applies to DC-8-33 airplanes modified per STC SA3403WE only.
2) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
