Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of Hartzell HC-B3W30-2E/W10160B-6 and/or W10160-6 propellers, governors, and spinners on Pratt & Whitney R-985 series engines in accordance with Kenmore Air Harbor Installation Instructions No. KM2000.

Limitations and Conditions: This approval should not be extended to other airplanes of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of these previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the airplane. This approval is intended for installation in the above models wit EDO Model 56 - 7850A Twin Seaplane Float installation in accordance with Bristol Aerospace Limited STC SA795EA. A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement will be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this Certificate to alter the product, the holde r shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
