Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of Flight Dynamics (FD) Head Up Display Guidance System with Windshear Warning and Flight Guidance, Model 1000WS, in accordance with the FD Top Drawing 9701-0380, revision as listed on attached AML SA3836NM, dated April 2, 2010, or later Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only.
This approval should not be extended to other specific models of this aircraft on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this certificate and the AML shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
Airplanes must be operated in accordance with the limitations in the Airplane Flight Manual Supplement listed in the AML for the applicable airplane model (or later FAA-approved revision).
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
