Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation in Gulfstream Model 6958 aircraft, Serial Number 96201, Registration Number N115GA only. A copy of this Certificate, Addendum No. SA3898NM, and FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplements dated June 10, 1988, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
