FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement dated June 15, 1988, or later FAA approved revision is required with this installation.
The approval of this change in type design applies only to 727-200 airplanes equipment with JT8D-15 or -17 series engines and has Boeing Service Bulletin 727-54-12, Revision "2", or later FAA approved revision, or equivalent modification incorporated. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
