1. Installation of type 12-9 battery system in accordance with Kenmore Air Harbor, Inc. Installation Instructions No. K8784, dated December 27, 1976.
2. Installation of type 12-11M battery system (manifold vented) in accordance with Kenmore Air Harbor, Inc.
Installation Instructions No. K10642, dated April 23, 1980.
NOTE: This modification relocates the battery from the aft fuselage to the forward face of the firewall, a dista nce of 140”.
Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies basically to the above model aircraft only. This approval should not be extended to other airplanes of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of these previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the airplane. A copy of this Certificate and Kenmore Air Harbor, Inc. Installation Instructions listed above shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this Certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
