Installation of Brittain Industries 20 gallon wing tip tanks installed per Brittain Installation Dwg. No. 3009, Installation Manual TT3-1, dated December 29, 1959, Report No. 39 and Drawing Nos. 3605A, 3606A, an d 3607B.

The approval of this change in type design applied basically to Standard Universal Twin Navion models D-16 and D- 16A aircraft only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
