Installation of Brownline Pallet Restraint System, P/N 46484-103 and -104 in accordance with FAA sealed Brownline Loading Arrangement Drawing No. 47039, A, dated August 2, 1979, or later FAA sealed revision.
1) The approval of this change in type design applies to the Boeing Model 747-221F only.
2) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
