G dated March 21, 1967. 2) On the 707-323, installation of door mounted evacuation slide on the forvard galley service door per Enginecring Change Order D.02840 Rev. D dated March 3, 1969, and Enginecring Change Order E.02340 Rev. E dated April 10, 1969. The fud and aft entry doors and the aft galley service dogr are the same as in paragraph 1) above.
