1. Install the following placard within view of the pilot:
¡AIRCRAFT IS RESTRICTED TO OPERATION WITH NINE (9) PASSENGERS OR LESS
2. If cargo and passengers are to be carried in the cabin compartment all passenger seats must be installed aft of the cargo.
3. Weight and cg must be calculated prior to each flight.
