This approval is limited to the installation in Piper Model PA-42 aircraft, Serial Number 42-8001102 only. A copy of this Certificate, Addendum No. SA4038NM, and FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement dated November 14, 1988, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
