1. FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement dated November 19, 1990, is required.
2. Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation in Mitsubishi Model MU-300, Serial Number A037 SA only.
3. A copy of this Certificate and Aircraft Flight Manual Supplement dated November 19, 1990, shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
