Installation of Brittain B-5 Flight Control System according to Installation Instructions 402-931-504 dated 1/9/80 and Master Drawing List 403-931-504 dated 1/15/80, or later FAA approved revision.
FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated March 20, 1980, is required.
The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
