This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.

United States of America Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration (I) 3/25/80 Supplemental Type Certificate (A) 6/6/88 (A) 7/14/81 (Continuation Sheet) Number SA4106WE Supplemental Type Certificate ADDENDUM NUMBER SA4106WE The conditions and limitations of Aircraft Specification No. 3A15 apply except as follows:

This Addendum, which is part of Supplemental Type Certificate No. SA4106WE, prescribes conditions and limitations under which the product for which the Supplemental Type Certificate was issued meets the airworthiness requirements of the Civil Air Regulations. A copy of this Addendum shall be maintained as part of the modified aircraft's permanent records.

I - Model 35-33,35-A33,35-B33,35-C33,35-C33A, E33,33A, E33C,F33,F33A, F33C,G33, 36,A36, A36TC, B36TC as modified per STC No. SA4106WE.

Required Equipment In addition to the equipment applicable and required by Aircraft Specification No. 3A15, the equipment specified by FAA sealed Aircraft Inspection and Maintenance, Inc. Drawing Numbers AIM 35551 Revision B dated 6/6/88, AIM 35552 Revision dated 6/6/88 and AIM 35553 Revision D dated 6/6/88 must be installed and Aircraft inspection and maintenance, Inc. FAA approved AFM Supplement dated July 9, 1981 is NOTE 1. Current weight and balance report including list of equipment included in the certificated empty weight, and loading instructions when necessary, must be provided for each airplane.

NOTE 2. The following information shall be provided to the pilot in the from of placards or makings.

a. On the instrument panel and in full view of the pilot - 'OPERATION OF THE AIRCRAFT WITH THE HAND CONTROLLED RUDDER

AND BRAKE SYSTEM INSTALLED MUST BE CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAA APPROVED AFM SUPPLEMENT DATED JULY 9, 1981.
