Replace Beech lower cowling access panels with D’Sha nnon Products Part Numbers J 1101-1 (Left hand side) and J1101-2 (Right hand side), in accordan ce with D’Shannon Products Installation Instructions Document No. DSP-IM95- 3 Rev. 1, dated September 21, 1995, or later FAA a pproved revisions and D’Shannon Products drawing DSP103095, no revision, dated October 25, 1995, or later FAA approved revisions.

1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. Aircraft equipped with carbureted engines are not eligib le for this modification. Aircraft with engines producing in excess of 300 horsepower are not eligible for this modification.

3. A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SA414CH dated April 1, 2011 or later FAA approved revisions, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

This certificate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approval, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
