This approval should not be incorporated on any certified product of this model on which other approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those previously incorporated modifications will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the certified product. A copy of the STC must be included in the permanent records of the modified aircraft. The non-metallic materials used by Scandinavian Bellyloading in the construction of the Sliding Carpet Loading System do not meet the heat release requirements (65/65) and the smoke emission requirement (200) of FAR 25.853 (a-1), Amendment 25-67.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
