SA4222WE The conditions and limitations of Aircraft Specification No. Al3CE apply except as follows:

This Addendum, which is part of Supplemental Type Certificate No. SA4222WE, prescribes conditions and limitations under which the product for which the SIC was issued meets the airworthiness requirements of the Federal Aviation Regulations. A copy of this Addendum shall be maintained as part of the modified aircraft permanent records.

NOTE 1. PLACARDS The following placards must be displayed in full view of the pilot:

THIS AIRPLANE MUST BE OPERATED IN NORMAL CATEGORY ONLY."

AVOID CONTINUOUS OPERATION BETWEEN 2000 AND 2250 RPM."

b. The following placard must be displayed at the propeller control and in full view of the pilot:

"PUSH TO INCREASE RPM."

Delete all reference to 'Utility Category" portions of placard identified on Type Certificate Data Sheet No. A13CE as Note 2.B.1.

NOTE 2. Current Weight and Balance Report including list of equipment included in certificated empty weight, and loading instructions when necessary, must be in the aircraft.
