An FAA Approved World Airway, Inc., Airplane Flight Manual Supplement is also required as part of this inst allation. The identification and revision levels of these documents are as noted on **Page 3 for the affected aircraft models.
Limitations and Conditions: The approval is for ground operation only. The approval of this change in type design applies to the models listed on **Page 3 only. This approval should not be extended to the other specific aircraft of these models on which othe r previously approved modification are incorporated unless it determined by the installer that the interrela tionship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications w ill introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. (See Continuation Sheet Page 3)
