Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this Certificate, Continuation Sheet SA4301NM and FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement dated April 15, 1988, shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

This Continuation Sheet, which is part of SIC SA4301NM, prescribes the conditions and limitations under which the product for which the SIC was issued meets the airworthiness requirements of the Civil Air Regulations. A copy of this STC Continuation Sheet is required to be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified Aircraft.

I. MODEL DHC-3, 16 PLC-SM(NORMAL CATEGORY) MODIFIED BY STC SA4301NH Equipment: DeHavilland Owner's Manual or Pilot's Operating Handbook and AFMS for this configuration must be maintained in the aircraft at all times.

NOTE 1: Current weight and balance report including list of equipment in the certified empty weight must be in the Aircraft.
