Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only.

This approval should not be extended to aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrealtionship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. This approval is intended for installation in the above model with the Lycoming 10-540 series and TIO-540-C1A engines. A copy of this Certificate, Addendum No. SA441NW, FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement, and Installation Instructions No. WS-601 shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

SUPPLEMENTAL TYPE CERTIFICATE ADDENDUM NUMBER SA441SW The conditions and limitations of Type Certificate Data Sheet No. 1A10 apply except as follows:

This STC Addendum, which is part of Supplemental Type Certificate No. SA441SW, prescribes conditions and limitations under which the product for which the STC was issued meets the airworhtiness requirements of the Civil Air Regulations. A copy of this STC Addendum is required to be maintained as part of the modified aircraft's permanent records.

Production Basis: None. Parts manufactured under this STC may have been produced without an FAA approved quality control procedure. Prior to installation, such parts must be inspected for conformity and airworthiness in accordance with FARs 21 and 43.
