That Alaska Airlines no longer possesses said Certificate;
That Iam submitting this affidavit in lieu of said Certificate;
Ideclare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing istrue and correct;
That, ifat any time Alaska Airlines finds this Supplemental Type Certificate, Iwill surrender the same immediately to the Office of Regional Counsel, Northwest Mountain Region, Federal Aviation Administration, 1601 Lind Avenue S,W., Renton, Washington 98057-3356.
