Description of Type Design Change: Installation of a cowl closure fairing in accordance with Lake Aero Styling and Drawing List Report No. 131 dated June 14, 1988, or later FAA approved revisions.
Limitations and Conditions: This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of these models on which other previously modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect on the airworthiness of those aircraft. Noise Abatement: this modification has been determined to be a no “acoustical change” as prescribed in § 21.93, Amendment 73 of the Federal Aviation Regulations. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
