Descr iption of Type Design Change: Modification of existing interior shell to allow reactivation of cargo door in accordance with Innotech Aviation Ltd. Modification List ML 12376, Rev. N.C. dated February 10, 1986.
1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other pers on written evidence of that permission.
