1. FAA Approved AFM Supplement dated 9/10/65 is required.
2. This system has not been demonstrated for performance under icing conditions.
3. This installation is eligible on aircraft Serial No. 871 and up.
4. Compatibility of this modification with other previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
