Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Pratt & Whitney PT6A-27 or PT6A-28 engines in Model C90 in accordance with Drawing 02-001, Revision B, dated June 5, 2008 or later FAA approved revision or in Model 65- A90 or B90 in accordance with Drawing 04-001, Revision B, dated June 5, 2008 or later FAA approved revision.
Engines can be either type certified Pratt and Whitney PT6A-27 or PT6A-28 engines, converted PT6A-27 or PT6A-28 engines from PT6A-21 engines in accordance with Atlantic Turbines International, Inc.
Limitations and Conditions: The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement 200802C, Rev. A, dated August 29, 2008, or later FAA approved revision is required for C90. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement 200802AB, Rev. A, dated August 29, 2008, or later FAA approved revision is required for 65A-90 and B90.
