FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) dated November 19, 1982, is required for Models 35, 36, 35A and 36A. AFMS dated September 29, 1988 is required for Model 31. AFMS dated August 7, 1991 is required for Model 31A. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
