SA4847NM SBC-America, LLC 2959 Saratoga Rd Langley, WA 98260 Part 25 the Federal Aviation Regulations A16WE Boeing 737-400 Series Installation of Air Cargo Equipment Corporation Telescoping Baggage Handling System, P/N DSY 2940, in accordance with FAA approved Air Cargo Equipment Corporation Master Drawing List (MDL) MDL-DSY 2940, Revision A, dated October 19, 1989, or later FAA approved revision.
This approval is limited to the structural installation and electrical provisions of the design only. If use of the electrical provisions of the design are desired, approval of the aircraft electrical interface and the system check out procedure must be accomplished as part of the installation. This installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
