Limitations and Conditions: Concurrent installation of Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) SA144450, SA1896SO, or SA136850 is required. The airplane must be certified to hold Appendix 17 of Boeing Airplane Flight Manual (AFM) D6-8727.
Certificate limitations in AFM Section 1 must list the airplane as having a maximum zero fuel weight of 123,500 pounds. This STC is not applicable to Boeing airplane line numbers 001 through 071. (See Continuation Page)

United States of America Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration Supplemental Type Certificate (Continuation Sheet) Number: SA4912NM Limitations and Conditions: Approval of the change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only. This approval does not extend to aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this Certificate and the FAA-approved Leth and Associates Drawing No. OL0064 shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft. The aircraft must be operated in accordance with Leth and Associated FAA-approved Flight Manual Supplement, Report No. OL0061.
