Installation of a folding Jump Seat in the cockpit area in accordance with Innotech Aviation Limited drawings 40R25-79. 437 and 40R25-79.862, Revision A dated April 16, 1980.
1. Each installation must be reviewed for compliance with FAR 25.785 (c) (2).
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the ot her person written evidence of that permission.
