Description of Type Design Change: Installation of F.A. Shaw Sea Fins per Shaw’s Drawing 4004-1 in lieu of Piper Part 11031.
1. Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft.
2. This approval is limited to the installation of F.A. Shaw Sea Fins on Piper PA-12S, S/N 12-2461, R/N N3615M, only.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
