Cargo Pallet and Net on McDonnell Douglas MD-11 Airplane We have completed our evaluation of the subject change in type design and are enclosing your Amended Supplemental Type Certificate No. SA5040NM, together with FAA approved Drawing List Number CD34212, Revision D, dated October 24, 1991.

This Certificate signifies approval of the change and authorizes modification of the aircraft models listed on the Certificate.

Upon receipt of the Amended Certificate, the original Certificate must be returned to the Los Angeles Aircraft Certification Office. The Amended
