1. STC SA500SW Wing Tip Installation and Extended Aileron is required.
2. Eligible only on aircraft certificated in restricted category, except Piper PA-18 eligible under CAR 3 when STC SA673SW is installed.
3. Modification to be made only at the facilities of the applicant.
4. Compatibility of this designed change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
