Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation in DeHavilland DHC-2 Mk I R/N 4787C, S/N 1330 and DeHavilland DHC-2 Mk I R/N 3790 G, S/N 600 only. A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated June 24, 1974, for N4787C and FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated June 12, 1975, for N3790 shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
