4. FAA Approved Supplement to Pilot's Operating Handbook and/or FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual, P/N 89473-1, dated 8-1-84 is required for Piper Models PA-23-250 and PA-E23-250, S/N 27-2000 through S/N 27-7554172 and the above Models when equipped with approved Turbocharged Engines (250 H.P.)

and/or Wing Tip Tanks in accordance with STC SA1480WE and/or later FAA Approved revisions of the above supplement.
