Limit the passenger seating capacity to nine (9) or less in accordance with the data listed on the FAA Approved Model List (AML) number SA537CH, issued August 26, 1996 or later FAA Approved revisions.
Limitations and Conditions: 1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. 2. A copy of this certificate and the AML No. SA537CH dated August 26, 1996 or later FAA approved revisions, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft. 3. The three FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplements, one for each airplane and each dated July 25, 1996 or later FAA approved revision, are required for this modification. 4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
