Mooney M20 Description of Type Design Change: Installation of the Landing Light Flasher in accordance with FAA Approved Lake Aero Styling and Repair Drawing List Report No. 138, dated January 10, 1995, or later FAA approved revisions.
Limitations and Conditions: This installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit anothe r person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
