Install Video Projectors at specific locations. Th is installation is in accordance with United Air Lines, DAS-1-WE, Approved Drawing List No. 5630, dated December 30, or later FAA approved revisions.
Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies basically to the above model aircraft only. The approval is limited to aircraft incorporating Supplemental Type Certificate Numbers SA5659NM and SA5109NM, issued to Flight Struct ures, Inc. and Health Tecna Aerospace Co.
respectively. This approval does not extend to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is dete rmined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. If the holder ag rees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the older shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
This certificate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approval, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.

This determination should include consideration in the fixed disposable weight in the fuselage. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
