Installation of structural, electrical and mechanical systems provisions for Zone D and E lavatories in acordance with FSI Master Drawing List No 91FS023-D01, Revision D, dated April 15, 1994, or later FAA approved revisions.
This approval of this change in type design applies basically to the above model aircraft only and only to those aircraft serial numbers as listed on the continuation sheet. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, or changes in type design will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. The Zone D and E lavatories and the resulting interior arrangement, along with the required placarding have not been evaluated and are not part of the STC (see Continuation Sheet Page 3 of 3.)
