1. Installation of Cockpit Vapor Cycle Air-Conditioning System Kit No. 215-CCA-001, in accordance with DOT Approved Casey Copter Drawing List 215-D-006, Rev. C, dated January 20, 1988, or later TCCA approved revision and Installation Instructions 215-S-003, Issue NC, dated July 21, 1987, or later TCCA approved revision is required.

2. DOT Approved Flight Manual Supplement 215-F-001 Revision B, dated January 25, 1988, or later TCCA approved revision is required with this installation.

3. Casey Copter Maintenance Manual Supplement 215-M-005, Issue C, dated January 20, 1988, or later TCCA approved revision is required with this installation.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
