Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies basically to the aircraft models listed on Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Approved MEL No. SA574NW and should not be extended to other specific models of these airplanes on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this Certificate and R. M. DeBorde Installation Instructions, Kit No. R.M.D 00124-A must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
