Installation of crew rest bunks in accordance with Flight Structures, Inc. Master Drawing List 92FS042-D01, Revision C, dated March 13, 1996 or later FAA approved revisions.

Limitations and Conditions: The Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only which have been modified by Boeing Modification Revision BW747CAT-1 or by Boeing Modification Revision BW747CAT-2. The approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airwothiness of the aircraft. A copy of this Certificate and Flight Structures, Inc Master Drawing List 92FS042-D01 must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
